About the event
These collective experiences are the heart and soul of my work, combining the potency of your own breath, specific acupuncture points to support you in going deep, held and guided with a shamanic sound bath. We have space for 10 in a beautiful heated yurt. We begin with a bit of movement and then move into a restful state engaging your breath. We end with candlelight and a brief integration.
